I have to give a shout out to the very talented Shelly Hickox for the idea of the dimensional balloon. On some of my previous postings and on some of hers, we have shown Tim's hot balloon various ways. HERE is one of the ways she's used it. HERE is one of the ways I've used it. And HERE is another way I used this balloon stamp using tissue paper to create a honeycomb type of balloon.
